You are cordially invited to our Marine Corps League-South Coast Detachment Christmas Party which will be held at the San Clemente Elks Club Lodge (1515 N. El Camino Real-Park in rear) on Thursday, December 5th from 6:00PM-8:00PM.

In addition to your first glass of Christmas Cheer being free (no host bar after that) we will be offering a decadent assortment of appetizers plus a delicious Italian feast as provided by Jack’s Restaurant. The buffet will include: Chicken Marsala, a tomato cream, sausage, mushroom and spinach penne sallicia, eggplant parmesan, greek salad, and focaccia bread. Dessert will be an assortment of mouthwatering pies, cakes, and Christmas logs to titillate your taste buds.

During the Cocktail Hour we are very fortunate to have Tim Johnson, President & Founder of “Lord of The Strings Concerts” who is a very accomplished Guitarist in his own right play for us. Tim & his Wife Tina, on a monthly basis, bring in exceptionally talented artists to play at the Dana Point Community House and Mission Viejo Civic Center. The evening will feature a live performance by world renowned standup comedian and talk show host James P. Connolly.  James is a United States Marine and while on active duty was deployed in Iraq while serving in Operation Desert Storm.   This is one laugh filled routine that you’ll want to on the front line to enjoy!  Check out James’ website – www.jamespconnolly.tv   Additionally and throughout the evening we will ring in the Holiday Season with festive music and carols.

The cost of this scrumptious meal, with your first drink included, plus dessert is only $35/Person. Our Marines-Sailors & Spouses will be attending without cost. Any additional funds generated by this event will be used to provide a wonderful Christmas experience for our Camp Pendleton kids (riding in the Dana Point Boat Parade, defraying costs of Christmas parties, Christmas presents and Holiday meals.)
